Entrance to the building:
Entrance with two-leaves doors (each leaf under 70 centimetres), flat, difficult opening for a wheelchair user, assistance unavailable, stairs to the reception unit, no platforms.
Corridors and passages:
No thresholds on the ground floor - accessible restroom for persons with disabilities, handles to the GP's rooms at standard heights. No access to the upper floors of the building: no lift, narrow corridors, mobility hampered by benches for patients placed by the walls.
Procedures:
After telephone contact, the staff at the registration desk can help to get to the ground floor of the building. No access to the upper floors for persons with mobility problems.
